that's because the best time to buy or at least bid Seawolf is when asset prices are as distressed as what they are they have the best chance of success in terms of shareholder acceptence.
Plus they get them much cheaper then otherwise as holders see a way out in a terrible market.
The chinese are as shrewd as a shrew.
