seems they cant kickstart buying ,trying to get sales,something is causing widespread short reversals,perhaps QBE was a taste of things to come,certainly restraint should be exercised by regulatory bodies,maybe something like any movement not supported by company ann. movements greater than 11% should be under stringent review,without this we will soon have a world in theoretical bankruptcy.
