If they are covered off market then it isn't always reflected in the price (or potentially not as strongly).

I do wonder if Paradice built up a significant short position prior to their selldown... unless they think there are major China or IO issues, not sure why you would sell at a loss after such a short term investment with a quarterly that 'should' be good less than 2 weeks away... maybe they do know something we don't about the quarterly, maybe they had other reasons...
