the shorters are busy with this stock...but they could also be the accumulators.
it's so murky in this market I wouldn't rule it out. a bit of downramping a few negative reports, and accumulate for clients in different holding accounts....certainly not impossible.
For some reason it's a shocking thing to say that MSB has all the signs of a biotech in the making.
