Just look at the assassination attempt on Donny, the SS that Joe owns couldn’t even stop a 20 year old window licker from getting a bead on his opponent inside a 150 yard perimeter.
Heck, the SS appears to not have even had a central communications plan where they could be in contact with the State and Local police who were covering the outer perimeter.
