When Trump mocks someone who suffers a fractured skull after being beaten in the head with a hammer in a politically motivated attack, outrage over his comments aren't "faux outrage." It's an outrage that anyone with Trump's inhumanity could be a candidate for the Presidency of the world's leading democracy and shows the extent to which the US has debased itself.
