It is audibly very clear three times and tells you the shooter was reasonably close.
How he came to get in what is an obvious danger position is a big question that needs to be asked, a massive security failure from the secret service!
Every and any building within 500m and with line of site should have been neutralized and under constant watch, particularly from the SS snipers positioned on roofs nearby.
Again, a massive failure of security!
Questions need to be asked and answered!!!
