    "Private Chinese company Shagang International Holdings will emerge with a 45 per cent stake in Grange Resources Ltd as a result of a merger deal announced today between Grange and Australian Bulk Minerals."


    What a pity that ADY could not conclude a similar deal and obtain $40m Letter of Credit or do a joint venture with Santa Barbara.

    Never mind if all goes well in paying the Hawkswood debt, come Feb 2009 Phil may be able to get 100% of Santa Barbara and do a joint venture deal.
