    At the request of Shougang Concord Grand (Group) Limited (the “Company”), trading in shares of the
    Company has been suspended with effect from 9:30 a.m. on 3 July 2007 pending the release of an
    announcement in relation to a discloseable transaction of the Company which is considered to be
