need to think about a little bit down the track bat, if citic are 100% going ahead (in which its just about secured, if not already going buy activity) then its fair to say that, the hard work and risk for ARH has just reduced three fold.
I agree that with no signatures on the final exchange then its makes it all the much harder, but if they can see citic progressing at a fast pace then it will tend to get shougun pretty excited and the price will follow these triumphs.
