That's true Terryl and the Shougang company on hold is I believe a different arm of the Shougang group dealing with ARH... they seem to be octopus companies... Still is was a slow day and Citic and palmer are due for some sort of announcement..... new financial year for Plamer... time to cash in some cheques again.... Is there really a strict timeframe for those two parties??
