SUSPENSION OF TRADING
At the request of Shougang Concord International Enterprises Company Limited (the
“Company”), trading in its shares will be suspended with effect from 9:30 a.m. on 6 July 2009
pending the release of an announcement concerning a major and connected transaction of the
Company which is price sensitive in nature.
