Cormorant- could you please explain why the deal will not be as good as previous?
Wouldn't it be fair to suggest that Shougang have been sitting on the sidelines just waiting.... and now that I/O prices have returned to more stable levels they are taking action. Given they have had no exclusivity recently and ARH have been maybe fielding other offers, why are ARH holders going to bent over??
