Why would they say they need the extra week for "negotiations", as the original agreement is still in place ?

In the previous climate it was ARH doing them the favour by letting them having the chance to finance.
In todays climate to get a few billion dollars we are the ones that have to say thankyou.

For all we know the extra week might be to convince them not to pull out.

Anyway - enough of the negative thoughts, i believe a deal will be struck, just not sure on the terms
