    a draw down of $5m in convertible notes is not "ordinary news". if the draw down was $50k than maybe thats ordinary news.

    Beware, the company is tapping into some strange ways to get funds for whatever its doing. I for one have no clue what its doing, since the quarterlies cannot be trusted.
