I don't know of too many steel producers that take over companies for the purpose of owning unverified bits of ground in the hope that there is iron ore there.
At best perhaps a stake in the company.
These people produce iron and steel, they usually wait until ore in ground is absolutely varified. They are not speculators in dirt.
