Should Aus be independent...not dependant on the USA?

    We are obviously in a wedge:
    We have elected to be "all in" in the US camp
    while at the same time critically overdependant
    economically on China . Some say we're on the
    highway to economic disaster.

    The article below is interesting, IMO, because
    it advocates a resolution...that is drop the RBO
    and go with the flow:

    We have been in this jam since the GFC , yet we sleepwalk
    into economic strife on the assumption of "she'll be right"

    But of course that's political and economic sleepwalking.
    This Ukraine War has simply accelerated the inevitable:
    ..a move away from the RBO to a bi-polar world and de-dollarisation;
    the glue that held the RBO together.
