I have no problem with selling it to them but am concerned about allowing them to explore for it - not because they are Chinese but because their resources companies are state owned. I would have the same concerns if the US government were to start exploring for uranium (or any other resource really).
They will be both consumer and producer and be able to bypass the market if this is allowed to happen. We should have learned some lessons from the recent iron ore fiasco.
