Pretty conservative posts methinks. They are only talking the techno microwaves. Conix has the bigger pix in sight which most Olympians would be wanting to see realised. At least both traders and mid term investors can gain whatever they like from this. But "taking profits now" IMO means "wasting future bigger profits" cos if you indeed compare with lessor U-hopefuls in the wrong place and at higher caps, then THR is a moral for further re-ratings coming up with Molyhill feeding us the buttered bread as we scream out for cake haha. To each his own and according to his/her risk reward strategies, but I for one would want to see some Molyhill NPV fair value reached first before I start giving away any of my wad on the U-spec ..... and theres SO MUCH U-spec now unfolding its likely to keep us happy for a long while IMO.
