Should be a greater offer on the table than 13 cents

This offer is extremely unfair.

Ordinary shareholders have not been well represented in this takeover.

Why have the management not disclosed before this that they have been in discussions over the last 6 months with Thalys .

Why were we not told these discussions were taking place when the decision was made to issue options to management? Most of us just thought we were incentivising them to stretch theirs and the company's performance. Now it appears under this offer that they are going to get a significant payment for these options. An action that has been factored into this asking offer and reduced the amount availab
le for ordinary paid up shareholders in this buy out.
