I'm pretty sure they had in the money hedges in place up until last year (sold them i think). And as Dave says the massive dilution. The Chinese company is now a majority shareholder as well. I think which some investors aren't keen on. Not rubbishing the stock but there are reasons why it isn't as high as it used to be.
