    offer was not close after all but some more nibbles lately - what is happening i wonder - is the outlook improving or is Lindsay going to mop it up - if the former is going to happen the latter will at any rate! Or perhaps L fox's family needs to run the show to do it properly, so will take them out to ensure they are run well!
