Not sure if APG is finished, but seems like an unwanted body blow for sure. Will know more when we get to court.
Think Friday's announcement was short and sweet because they had just received the papers, which were lodged with the court on Friday as well.
One the offer front, I dare say APG have had informal sounding out sessions with potential folks (probably including Kronos), but never a formal offer.
On the management front, it is my opinion they get it for decisions relating to delays and running out of funds last year. But I can't fault them for not giving K the company for cheap last year. Will be interesting to see what the misleading conduct is alledged to have been.
Not much one can do right now but sit tight.
