Well first things first, let's all thank hot copper for listening to us and bringing this simple Marvell back, secondly my fear is that Kronos will be dumping their shares of apg and plummeting the share price into oblivion, secondly I think personally Kronos thought with all their involvement they would pick up apg cheap with an offer of say 30c or 40c which MT probably turned down foreseeing the potential apg could have in a year or so and Kronos got frustrated and took to a legal response to vent... None the less court cases between companies these days go for what 2 to 3 years in the norm?? That should see us comfortably with a running plant and in profit... And my guess is 1 more share placement should cover the legal costs smoothly, I just hope MT gives all share holders a chance to participate, not just the "private investors" cough cough wink wink MT's inner circle, I sure would like to top up and reach above 6 million shares and have my name published in the top 20 by the 2014 end of year report, fingers crossed for that dream :)
