Very little integration occurs as each business just carries on. Management of GEM have proven this has not caused any issues so far.
GEM look little expensive at $5 but cheap at $4 so somewhere in between may be fair value for me.
But you can buy now and expect a SP much higher in 2-3 years time I feel.
