I think you know what I am saying and without getting into it too much, we had a big resource of coal there and through no fault of the Australian people we will no longer be able to use it.

something has to happen in these cases, in my opinion it isn’t much different to an oil rig having a major explosion and losing oil into the sea, we would expect compensation for the damage but we won’t see resource revenue.

I get what you’re saying and this probably isn’t really the forum to be talking about it. Government would just blow the money received anyway.
