I guess company does not have control over the share price, they can do all right things but still if a motivated party wants to keep the price down for future take over then it will try its best, the best company can do is give dividends which is in its control and they are doing a good job, war chest scenario bodes well for this puppy, just waiting for Trump to come onboard oil and coal companies will go nuts..
