PE of 5 gives it a {Stock Price} = 1.38 \times 5 = AU$6.90 price target, I believe it may reach 7 at this rate , the company the size of Yancoal normally have PE between 8 to 15, but Yancoal is bit held back due to other factors, main factor is number of shares on float, future performance and sector risk, sector risk is high here but NHC normally osicalltes between PE of 5 and 15 so not that impossible feat if Yancoal can achieve the same..
