I also look at stock behaviour due to external factors, yes OPEX cost are major drivers but companies normally plan for increase of OPEX cost and may impact dividends (great to normal - which we can already see), if you look at sector wide PE it ranges b/w 5 and 15 is norm that means sector can bear the PE of 5 and above and with no debt this looks like a solid propositon..
