above all to achieve economic viability in short term is not possible, though long term ( this is beyond Trump years in Govt) is possibility but if Dems come back next term these will be axed again, so lets see who will take the risk and start a coal mine in US knowing initial 5 years will be loss making and uncertainty after 5 years
