Hey Businessben,
I've been in YAL for a while now. I have only just started posting on this thread, as I do believe it should and will, be double.
Whilst the P/E ratio remains around 4 with dividends fully franked around 12% it's ripe for the picking. Sure coal isn't the most stable commodity to invest in. However, the price has been stable for a few months now, with fundamental signs coal will be here for a long time to come, with exporting.
Some here have suggested tax time, mixed with June traditionally being a pullback month. I think that's relevant but more to do with being in between dividend payments. There's no hurry to get in, unless you can see it going up without any major news. I do as it's an absolute cash cow, making and paying great dividends. There's also $1.3b
kicking around in the bank, should they choose any developments.
It's still trading higher now than in previous years, despite a bit or profit taking over the past fortnight.
I'm loading up - Long term, with retirement in the next five years.
