That is part of the problem anch. I know what you mean but strictly speaking the company is not a producer. The group is a producer, albeit not a profitable one at these coal prices. The company owes a $16m convert, a $2m loan and has over $6m of operating expenses. All it owns is 76% share in CCL from which it currently, can't, or according to CCC wont, access any cash. It seems very unlikely anyone would take over the company. However, I guess its possible someone may take over CCL and that is why they are trying to sell a stake I guess.
