should be in trading halt

Where are ASIC the govening body that is suposed to protect small share holders from greedy insiders? Clearly with only weeks before a do or die anouncement ,the stock should be in a trading halt. Anyone with half a brain knows that this a poxy setup. MBP has cleverly organised itself with adequate time to digest any bad news, so they can carefully massage the market with a carefully timed possitive anouncement, whilst insiders are having a field day. Selling down or bailing ahead of the news.
Put your hand up now MBP if you haven’t got your fingers in the till or don’t know the results already?
