Neil and Kim are small fries being paid big bucks to do nothing but wait. What management should have done is ask the ASX to suspend the stock back in july until court order sorted out, would have saved shareholders 1000's.

And when it comes to MONEY and traditional land disputes the court does not care one little bit about a $10mil listed small cap on the the ASX.
