    Assuming Cohen had about 11m more shares to sell in order to cover the remaining $2m in liabilities from margin calls, then by rights he (his bankers) should have nearly sold what is needed. ie assuming sold some on Friday afternoon and the rest today.

    I have used the assumption of $2m/ 18c av to get 11m shares.
