This is a 'company revaluating' annoucement - there is no doubt about that. This should soar to well over $1 tomorrow. Has higher prospects than INP (INP - 1.20). INP sitting on oil which due to the density levels may never recover or recover 10% of if they are lucky. This should be valued at much more than INP as a similar comparison.
