I am just as disgusted as you are. It does feel like it's a betrayal and placing the shareholders last, rather than act to increase shareholder value which is their primary fiduciary duty under the governance of a public company (Corporations Law)
The directors by staying silent are also just as bad. The standard you walk past is the standard you accept.
Not one ounce of thanks or appreciation to their loyal shareholder base who have supported this company, many of them 10 years plus.
