Yep same here dont expect replies from the Co but have made the effort anyway so will wait and see, if not they cant say they werent given the chance.
Good idea on reposting the email contacts maybe seperate thread. Someone might also like to post a bit of a general letter template that makes it easy for others to use( that is someone whos a better wordsmith than me)
