Beaglebasher, each to their own, but I have to disagree with you on this one. In reference to the redomicile stuff up, the price sensitive ASX announcement was unanimously agreed by the board. To say there were flabbergasted, doesn't cut it for me. The board knew exactly what they agreed on and they could have easily spoken up.
Any one of them could have addressed it quietly with Antonio later on during the AGM, and then it could have been corrected before the end of the AGM, but they chose not to.
No excuses for the Board in my opinion.
The entire board have a responsibility to act in the best interest of shareholders, and they certainly did not.
Absolutely shameful.
The fact that Peter has had discussions with @TechFinder from TSE, and confirmed it was a mistake and shareholders need to be informed, but BRN have still not issued a clarification is a slap in the face to all shareholders. Clearly only certain shareholders get information from the company and the rest are left in the dark. If that does not break ASX listing rules, then what does?
So much for Antonio saying at the AGM they were going to fix the IR problem (this year, and at last years AGM).
Clearly this is just not important enough for them. They just don't care.
Every single board member is accountable for this mess.
