Should board members have intervened at the AGM?, page-35

There is no doubt AGM was disgraceful.
It clearly elaborate the distance between the board and holders.
As someone telling us board there to work in best interests of holders and CEO is responsible to the board.
Now here at brainchip our board is working in different direction from the holders and that is where no accountability is coming out.
All the blame is on holders to choose such a bad board.
Regarding announcements and AGM videos, i assume we not only miss AGM video, but we all miss a clarifiaction from Chairman remarks which are different from original asx announcement of redomicile.
We are also missing an announcement regarding no of shares sold by LDA in last on market sell off and how much money we get credited.
End of the day the company is working under hiding, as if we are a privately managed company than a listed company.
There is no doubt shorters are flourishing with this management and holders are suffering.
Donot know how and when this nightmare is going end!!
on a positive note with a good contract and on a negative note throw away the board by next agm and start again.
But it is a pity we got 3 strikes and this time it did not allow even the remuneration passed either.
Just hoping for better outcomes but cannot believe on this management unless they prove me wrong.
Really disappointing times and same is visible through sp.
