I am just as disgusted as you are. It does feel like it's a betrayal and placing the shareholders last, rather than act to increase shareholder value which is their primary fiduciary duty under the governance of a public company (Corporations Law)

Will be interesting to see if and how the Board respond to shareholder correspondence on the agm.
My orginal emails have not been answered so letters have been sent. Would assume theyre sitting on all correspondence and or seeking advice
Would also assume they'll be weighing up risk of non response, depending on issues raised and ammount of SH correspondence.
If anyone gets a response from the Co please post
