IMO the management, would rather sit in silence while the Chair of their company makes an ass of himself on many fronts, as they simply do NOT care, they all know, not rocking the boat, equals plenty of income and loads of free shares!
What integrity does a BOD like this have, knowingly keeping shareholders in the dark for last 3.5 years and very little commercial success. That is what upsets me the most, as for Viana, I've always thought of him as person that is all mouth and no substance.
