Ok then what about the Midwest of WA $145k for a 3x1 130-150k a year as a plant operator working less than half the year? Or maybe in the Southwest 350k for a 3x1 & 100k-140k a year as a drill offsider home every night. Maybe the goldfields Fifo or local $140k a year as an all rounder operator can even get yourself a 3x1 there for $180k or maybe a brand new 4x2 on 1000sqm for 400k. Your right, we cant all go to the Pilbara and get $200k a year but for those willing to sacrifice you only need to do it for 5 years and you can pay off a nice little apartment in the city where you can then settle for that 9-5 job.
