I personally never had the slightest thought that the LA deal would get knocked back by FIRB. I know that some did though. This confirmation should send SP over 50c easily, however, there is obviously some significant mispricing of stocks in the market at present and I believe CFE is definiitely one of them.
The amount of activity CFE has going on and the (hopefully postivie) news flow expected in the next 6 months is huge. There wouldn't be many Co. out there with the potential to have solid continual news flow on different and exciting projects like CFE. looks like a potentially rosy 6-12 months.
Sorry if this sounds a bit ramp like- simple fact is that I have been in this stock for a few years and followed closely. One great div paid already and another on the way. Likely to still have $300m+ in the bank to put to good use. IMHO the next 6 months represent the most exciting time of all.
