Interesting that ARQ is slipping again to $1.63.
Doesn't make sense, or is there something fundamentally wrong with this company that I can't see?
To me it seems to be low PE, profitable and operating in a high price therefore high margin environment.
SO WHY DOES IT KEEP SLIPPING IN PRICE????????
