On markets BB should be banned.
They should not be allowed to take out the offer. This has to be price manipulation.
They should publish the course of their trades and the actuals prices taken NOT just the average price at the EOD.
It also says the Bank cannot do any better with their capital BUT reduce the amount on issue and hopefully increase the EPS.
