Yes You wont find them on THR's Website. What I've been posting about is a certain Stocking House which was involved with the Underwriting of a Share Issue for MIS on 1 for 7 basis at $1.46 per Share. Some Directors picked up the Scraps of that Issue and those Shares are now approx. $5.50 in approx. One Year. Oh Yeah MIS might miss out on this and that, You know the old down play thing and I'm thinking that Stock Broking House may know something here in THR and are subsquently perhaps holding THR's Share Price down in anticipation of a Share Issue by THR and pushing THR to Issue more Shares than would be the case if THR's Share Price was higher.Perhaps we are going to see a One for One Issue at say 10 Cents followed by a Share Consolidation of One for Two and the Warrants will stay the same and this is why the Shares are so cheap compared to the Warrants. Of course this is all Speculation,however it is 'Food for Thought'.
