Yes you are correct in that this can only be done with the votes of Tilbrook.

I believe this can be achieved one step at a time.

Step 1 Call a GM now, hopefully AGM will be delayed slightly with a resolution to get rid of David Harley

Step 2 Have someone interim CEO/MD

Step 3 Go on a global search

Step 4 Elect new competent MD

Trying to do all 4 steps in one go won't work. We need to be smart and do it one at a time I think
