CHM directors are apparently "free carrying" to the delight of all other shareholders.
The market is confident CHM has a chance in court and has proven its confidence by marking the shares down to 0.6c.
The funder is probably sunning himself somewhere in Dubai happy his gambling debts will be forgiven due to his good deed.
And before anyone jumps to any defense of CHM please enlighten us ignorants who and what the terms are that the funder signed on for.
