They had plenty of time to come up with evidence why would they need more time now.
If previous lawyers think they have little chance to win it probably explains why they pulled the plug and walked.
They must have dumped their options and could see little benefit in sticking around to fight a losing battle.
The only reason reason they scored another law firm is because they found a benefactor.
Cash and goodwill only goes so far in business and CHM have nearly run out of both.
